Be sure to word your dedication exactly how it should read. Examples: In memory of Mrs. William S. Smith by Mr. & Mrs. John L. Smith. OR In honor of Robert J. Jones by Amy Jones.
If you do not wish to make a dedication just write none.
The names will be recognized in the bulletin on 12/21. You can pick up your poinsettia on 12/28 if you would like.
