The Reception of New Members

Sunday Worship

    Acoustic Worship (8:30a – 9:30a)

This service has a more casual style with music led by Katie Ellison and her excellent Worship Team. The same sermon is preached in both services. (*Children’s Church is available for 4k-1st grade during the sermon.)

Sunday School for Children and Adults (9:30a -10:30a)

Children & Youth attend age-appropriate classes in the Education Building (Building C). Adults can choose from 7 different classes based upon age and stage groupings. We also have multi-generational classes. But anyone is welcome to attend any class, no matter what your season of life! There is a listing of classes and locations in our large foyer area (which we call The Gathering Space) which is right in between our sanctuary and our fellowship hall. You can also see that list HERE

    Classical Worship (10:45a – 12:00p)

The music in this service is full of classical hymns of our faith led by our music minister, Paul Edmundson, and his excellent chancel choir. The same sermon is preached in both services. Children’s Church is available for 4k-1st grade during the sermon.

    *Children’s Church

Children are always welcome in our worship services. For those who prefer it, we have the option available for children 4k-1st grade to be excused just prior to the sermon to attend Children’s Church where they can sing children’s songs & enjoy an age-appropriate lesson.

The nursery is available for Infants -3K during both worship services, Sunday School and on Wednesday nights.

About Our Children’s Programs

What to Wear

We desire that you come as you are and feel welcome in our midst. You will find some who prefer to dress casually, and others dress a little more formally. So wear what you will! What is important to us is that you are comfortable and that you grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Wednesday Nights

On Wednesday nights, we enjoy a meal together starting at 5:15. Then everyone attends their classes at 6:00. Everything wraps up by 7:00 PM. Wednesday Meal info HERE

Presently, we have two adult offerings this semester.

  • Starting January 9th, Pastor Cain will lead a six-week series entitled:
“Praying the Psalms to Connect with God.” Throughout history,
God has used this practice to ignite believers’ hearts with great zeal
to seek, love, and serve the Lord. Augustine, an African Christian who lived in the 4th century,
claimed his own heart was set on fire by the Psalms: “How they set me on fire for love of You.”
  • Romans: An Expositional Study led by Wade Hooper.

The children are taught in the Education Building by trained adults.

Youth  spend time as a large group and then break out into small groups in various locations around the campus. (They are led by an adult at all times.)
